Staying at this place was a truly luxurious experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. The location was perfect, being very close to the bus terminal, which made it really convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sitting area. The highlight was definitely the hot spring bath, both indoor and outdoor, which provided ultimate relaxation and tranquility. the service and comfort provided at this hotel were outstanding.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spending Easter at this hotel was a wonderful experience! the staff made us feel so welcome and the rooms were beautifully presented in a traditional Japanese style. We loved the onsen and enjoyed the convenience of being just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in giving us directions and advice.

I had a great stay with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was in an ideal location - very close to the main bus station and within walking distance to many attractions, including the waterfalls. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing, and I enjoyed it very much.

Staying at this traditional inn was a great experience! the location is perfect, just a short walk from the bus terminal and hot spring footbath. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable futon bedding. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags before check-in. the breakfast was amazing, with many traditional and local dishes.

The pillows were too hard for my liking, but this is a small issue compared to the overall enjoyable experience.

Really enjoyed my weekend stay at this quiet and affordable hotel. The friendly staff and amazing hot springs were definite highlights. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and close to plenty of local restaurants. The spacious and clean room was also very comfortable.

The lack of extra services and amenities. There were no meals provided and limited options for contacting the property ahead of time.
